GP ID help


I forgot my password, what should I do?

  1. On the sign-in screen, enter your mobile phone number or email address that is connected to your GP ID, then click on “Sign in”.
  2. If the GP ID exists, the password field will appear. If you forgot your password, just click on the “Forgot password?” link found below the password field.
  3. You will receive an SMS or email with a link to reset your password. Click on the link and set a new password.
